John Hughes has tried jury cases in both State and Federal Courts. He has also argued cases before the Missouri Court of Appeals and represented the injured in thousands of workers’ compensation and social security disability claims. He has recovered MILLIONS of dollars for his clients including a recent seven figure settlement arising out of a construction site accident in St. Louis County.

Mr. Hughes handles a broad range of litigation, including personal injury, car and truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death accidents, defective products, slip and fall cases, dangerous drugs, workers’ compensation-on the job injuries, social security disability and mesothelioma and other asbestos related injuries.
